4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sm777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and InstaPay-enabled bank transfers. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. sm777 does not impose a maximum single deposit limit, although transaction limits imposed by the player's payment provider may apply.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in the player's sm777 balance within 30 seconds of successful fund transfer. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the issuing bank and transfer method. sm777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 20 minutes of request submission, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the absence of any account flags or pending verification holds. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
4.6 Source of Funds. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. sm777 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that differ from the source of deposit without prior verification. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited and will be referred to appropriate authorities.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. If an sm777 account shows no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months and retains a positive balance, sm777 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱50 to the dormant account balance after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. Balances that reach zero as a result of maintenance fees will not be restored.
5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers from sm777 are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated for each promotion. sm777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have been found to abuse promotional offers at sm777 or any other online gaming platform may be excluded from future promotions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or winnings generated from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the applicable promotion terms. For example, a promotion specifying a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus requires the player to place eligible bets totalling ₱15,000 (₱500 × 30) before withdrawal is permitted.
5.3 Game Contribution Weightings. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the requirement. Playing games with 0% contribution will not reduce the wagering requirement.

5.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Where specified in a promotion's individual terms, a cap may apply to the total amount of winnings that can be withdrawn from a single bonus. Where such a cap exists, it will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
5.6 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions. sm777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Where such changes are made during a promotion period and materially affect players who have already opted in, affected players will be notified via their registered email address.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions. Where a game round has been completed and a result registered in the platform's certified system logs, that result stands regardless of display issues on the player's device.

13.1 Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
13.2 Venue. Any legal proceedings arising from a dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12 shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.1 Right to Amend. sm777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that substantially affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address and/or through a notice on the sm777 platform homepage at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.
